An innovative and patented traceability solution

UBITex All-in-One labels are based on a patented concept combining a miniature UHF device with a flexible stainless steel wire antenna, integrated directly into the tag. The electronic component is inserted and sewn into the hem for complete discretion, whilst the outer part remains visible to display your logo, washing instructions or a QR code.

The first woven QR Code & RFID label on the market

This dual-technology RFID label addresses the operational challenges faced by laundries and meets users’ information needs:

Ultra-durable: Designed to withstand 300 full laundry cycles (water at 90 °C, spin cycle at 60 bar, finishing at 170 °C, ironing at 200 °C) as well as autoclave sterilisation at 134 °C.

Dual technology (UHF RFID + QR code): UHF manages large-scale stock-taking of up to 800 tags simultaneously, whilst the QR code, which can be scanned using a smartphone, provides access to the garment’s data.

Digital Passport (DPP) compatible: Each chip assigns a unique identifier linked to the cloud to trace the item’s origin, composition, reparability and recyclability.

Health & Safety: Certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class 1 (hypoallergenic, suitable for contact with babies) and MR Conditional-rated for complete safety in hospital MRI environments.

Flexible industrial formats: Supplied in pre-cut rolls for automated garment production lines or in sachets for manual application.
