In an environment where access and parking conditions are highly restricted, ensuring smooth coordination between security services, handling teams and external service providers was a major organisational challenge.
🎯Project objectives
Develop a centralised solution capable of orchestrating, planning and managing all logistics flows in order to:
✅ Improve coordination between teams in the field,
✅ Facilitate exchanges between internal departments and external partners,
✅ Enhance the security of sensitive operations, particularly those involving works of art,
✅ Provide a real-time overview of all current requests.

Implementation of a comprehensive digital solution to centralise and manage all logistics flows:
Web platform dedicated to the creation, validation and planning of flow requests.
Mobile application enabling real-time monitoring of operations in the field, with traceability of actions,
Connected equipment (PDAs and printers) centrally managed via SOTI Mobicontrol,
Dynamic planning offering a comprehensive, shared and up-to-date view of operations,
Automated imports (user badges, building plans) ensuring daily updates and a seamless experience for several hundred internal and external users.
